David has been involved in property since 2001, starting his career as a sales and marketing consultant for one of the most prominent property firms in the country. David provided advice to developers on the sales and marketing strategy of mixed use retail/office and residential developments. From this David joined a property investment firm developing relations with Asian and European investors. He managed client investment portfolios, and gained excellent expertise in the acquisition & disposal of both residential & commercial investment properties.

David has always had a strong interest in the residential market of prime central London, and decided to focus his attention within this sector. To widen his expertise David worked for one of the city’s largest sales agents. Gaining valuable knowledge across a variety of London locations such as Maida Vale, Little Venice, Notting Hill, St Johns Wood, Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Mayfair. His broad experience mean clients benefit from his extensive network of contacts and thorough understanding of the London market.

Gillian Shubotham - BA(Hons), DBS, MBS

After completing a Masters in Project Management, Gillian began her career as an investment portfolio manager with one of Ireland’s most prestigious private banks advising and managing clients on their multi million portfolios across various asset classes. Gillian's passion for investment in property saw her move to New York where she studied property and facilities management in NYU before settling and immersing herself into all things property in central London. In 2010 Gillian joined one of London's most successful residential agents as a sales negotiator covering prime central London, specialising in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Gillian was promoted to sales valuer in their best performing office, covering the Kensington area. Here Gillian forged excellent relationships with her vendors helping them with valuing, marketing, conveyancing and the over all sales process of their property, minimising stress while achieving the best possible price for her clients. Gillian has a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the purchasing, valuing and selling process of residential property particularly in the prime London market.

Barbara previously worked in Service Delivery Management for both IT start up and Multinational companies for over 10 years.

This included managing global accounts (Boots, Toyota, EMC) to ensure customer satisfaction as well as driving strategic global projects to improve Service Delivery. Working in both a customer facing and strategic role within the IT Services Industry. Global mobility became a prominent part of her life, frequently travelling to work in America, Australia and London. It became clear to her that providing a seamless global mobility service was critical to the success of the firm.

Barbara always had a great interest in residential property so she made the decision to transfer these skills and experience of global travel into the property service industry, initially working freelance for private clients within Dublin.

Carmel Waller - AdvDip Business & Marketing

Carmel graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 2002, completing an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing. She was drawn to a career in hospitality services and began working in a boutique hotel for 3 years to support her studies and gained experience in various roles within the hotel. A desire to see the world took her to London in 2003 and she secured a position at a boutique hotel based in South Kensington, at the front of house reception, helping to oversee the smooth running of the hotel operations. Her advancement in the property industry started in 2006 and nine years later saw her help run offices based in Kensington, Chelsea and South Kensington for an award winning central London Estate Agent. Carmel was promoted and became involved in the training of new staff alongside assisting running offices. Over the last 13 years in London Carmel has developed strong operational and customer service skills as well as gaining a broad knowledge of the property industry.

Oliver Rayne - Lead Generation and Advertising

Oliver's background is in direct marketing where he has worked with business owners and entrepreneurs alike, helping them to increase their sales performance. He specialises in everything from writing effective advertising copy, to building step by step marketing systems, and developing sales processes. Oliver has worked in a variety of different industries ranging from health & fitness to law, he has also implemented video marketing strategies and created PPC advertising campaigns as a Google partner. He is now working at INHOUS where he is focused on implementing marketing systems and sourcing buyers and sellers of residential property in central London.
