INHOUS, led by Irish businessman, David Johnson and with offices in London, has opened an Irish office in Ballsbridge to service its Irish clients with property interests in London.
The independent property brokerage firm provides a specialised and personalised service for clients looking to find, sell, buy or let properties, as well as those seeking expert property management.
It also offers a relocation service for individual and corporate parties moving to London or Dublin from overseas and will search for properties – both on and off market- to buy or rent in their clientsą location of choice.
To date, its relocation searches on behalf of customers have resulted in leases that range from stg£300 to £20,000 per week, and purchases from £700,000 to in excess of £20 million. Other services included household set-up, bill management, education consultancy and concierge benefits.
Johnson began his career at Hooke and MacDonald. He moved to London in 2008 as an agent for Marsh and Parsons and set up INHOUS at the end of 2012.
