Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (London)

 This role will see the successful applicant overseeing the sales department, that is, property sales and valuations. The role will also include business generation to source new clients, which includes attending and presenting pitches to individuals as well as corporate companies, you will also be required to manage the current client database and have an excellent knowledge of the property market. Other tasks include, carrying out valuation reports and providing weekly sales figures to the board and identifying any problems that arise.  This role will expect you to provide input into our marketing strategies as well as the development of business opportunities, you will also work closely with the other departments of INHOUS to understand their responsibilities and enhance the chances of cross selling business.

Qualifications and Experience: 

Ideally the candidate will have a few years working in Prime Central London in a sales capacity and be able to demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills, you must also possess excellent communication abilities and have report writing experience. You will be driven and enthusiastic with an acute awareness of the competition and markets, the position we are offering has a competitive salary + commissions and the possibilities of bonuses.

Sales Manager/Associate (Dublin)

Due to our successful integration into the Dublin market we are looking for an experienced sales person to manage our Dublin office. This person will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and oversee property sales/valuations along with managing client liaisons. The position will include the recruitment, management and supervision of staff, as well as ensuring best practice is adhered to, particularly in regards to health and safety issues. Business Generation will be a key element to this role as you will be expected to source new clients, which includes attending and presenting pitches. You will also be required to manage current clients and contacts, whilst maintaining an excellent knowledge of the market. Other tasks include, carrying out valuation reports and providing weekly sales figures to the board, as well as identifying any problems.  This role will expect you to provide input into our marketing strategies as well as the development of business opportunities. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 6 years experience working in a Residential Sales Management role or will have similar experience within a Residential Sales Agency and be eligible for a PSRA licence. You must have the ability to motivate, direct and coach a team of sales negotiators, along with demonstrable sales and negotiation skills. You must also possess excellent communication skills and have report writing experience. You will be driven and enthusiastic with an acute awareness of the competition and markets.


General Practice Surveyor (London)
 

INHOUS now seek a full time RICS surveyor who will service the existing workload whilst developing the breadth of the surveying business further. The position would best suit an experienced residential surveyor with a committed, stable work history keen to apply their specialist market knowledge in a client focused environment without the constraints of lender reporting formats, volumes or turnaround times. Naturally applicants should be MRICS/FRICS qualified and VRS accredited with a claims free track record and serviced the Prime Central London postcodes for at least the last 2 years.

 Lettings Manager (London)

The candidate must be ARLA registered and have previous property lettings experience at a managerial/valuer level, ideally in Central London. If you are looking for an opportunity to build a lettings department and increase current market share then this is the job for you. Consequently, you will be heavily involved in the strategy and marketing of the brand.

Property Manager (London)

 The candidate must have a customer service background, as the role is pivotal in maintaining and developing relationships between tenants, landlords and the lettings department. The candidate will need to be ARLA registered and have previous Property Management experience in Central London with knowledge of current Lettings and Property Management legislation.
